All electronic products purchased through this website are delivered to your
computer electronically as Adobe PDF files, which can be viewed using Adobe
Acrobat Reader, version 5.0 or later. To view such files, you will need to have
Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed, which is available free from the Adobe website.

The process of purchasing and downloading these electronic products is fast and simple!
Here's how it works:
1. Browse the site and click the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button
for any electronic products you wish to purchase. When you are done shopping,
click the "Shopping Cart" button located in the black bar at the top
of each page.
2. Follow the instructions in your shopping cart to complete
your order. You will specify your customer and payment information, and then
click "Submit Your Order" to submit the information you entered.
3. You will immediately receive confirmation of your purchase by being
taken to an order confirmation page. On this page, you willl find a receipt
of your order and a link to your personal product download page. You will also
receive two (2) e-mails at the e-mail address you provided to us. The first
e-mail is a copy of your receipt. The second e-mail contains the product download
page link.
4. Once you visit your personal product download page (by
following the link you've been provided with), you will be able to choose a
location on your hard drive to save the electronic product(s) you ordered. From
the time you place your order, you have 7 days to visit your download page and
complete the download process before the link will expire.
Note: By purchasing electronic products from our website, you are also
entitled to special access to the Coach's Locker Room (located at ScholarshipCoach.com).
If you have not already registered for the Coach's Locker Room in the past,
you will receive an additional e-mail letting you know that you are automatically
registered. This third e-mail will contain your unique password, which you will
need along with your e-mail address each time you login to the Coach's Locker
Room. Please keep this password order for future reference.
